The graph above depicts the distance that the mice were running on average during the experiment. Based on the graph, the exercising mice ran relatively consistent during this test from the first point data was collected to the last.

The graph to the left, depicts the average difference in tumor and spleen mass as well as tumor volume in the two mice groups, exercise and sedentary. The figures are relatively insignificant compared to past research similar to this experiment, however there is a difference in volume and weight between the tumors in exercise and sedentary mice. This difference could point to lower MDSC levels in the exercised mice.

The graph to the right represents the amount of MDSCs found within three places, the spleen, blood and the tumor itself. Based on the results, there is a huge difference in the amount of MDSCs present in the spleen and blood in the exercised mice compared to the sedentary mice. However, the amount of MDSCs present in the tumor itself is much higher in the exercised mice than the sedentary mice with a 29% difference.
